Plan on improvement of efficiency of law enforcement works ratified

The plan is aimed at realizing measures on renewal and improvement of the efficiency of law enforcement work, heading to establish a socialist state of the rule of law, strengthen the effectiveness of the legal system, gradually overcome shortcomings and obstacles in law enforcement and pave the way for strong development in law enforcement work.  

It also improves the law enforcement work, stipulate the responsibilities, competence and contents of law enforcement forces, specify the methods and measures for monitoring and evaluating the law enforcement nationwide and within the scope of ministries, branches and localities.
