Philippines congratulated on National Day

VNGOP – On the occasion of the 109th National Day of the Republic of the Philippines (June 12, 1898-June 12, 2007), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng sent their congratulatory messages to Filipino President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo on June 11.
