Party chief receives Belarusian PM

VGP - Party General Secretary Nguyễn Phú Trọng on November 29 in Hà Nội hosted a reception for Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich who is on an official visit to Việt Nam.

The Belarusian Prime Minister informed Party General Secretary Nguyễn Phú Trọng about the results of his meetings with Vietnamese leaders.

Mr. Mikhail Myasnikovich said that Belarus attaches importance to developing the traditional friendship with Việt Nam and will do its utmost to further enhance the multifaceted relations with Việt Nam, especially in economic trade, culture, science and technology and soon raise two-way trade volume to US $1 billion.

The Belarusian PM pledged to create favorable conditions for Vietnamese businesses and citizens living and working in the country.

General Secretary Trọng said that Việt Nam always attaches importance to relations with traditional friends, including Belarus.

The host leader highlighted Việt Nam’s determination to consolidate and further develop relations between the two countries./.
