Party Central Committee convenes fourth plenum

VGP – The fourth plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee opened in Ha Noi on Monday morning.

The participants held a minute’s silence in memory of dear compatriots who have died of COVID-19.

During the plenum, the Party Central Committee is expected to discuss on the COVID-19 pandemic situation as well as ways to respond to the pandemic in the new context; socio-economic performance in 2021 and socio-economic development orientations for 2022; salary reform; Party building work among other issues.

The plenum is scheduled to wrap up on October 7./.
