Outcome of 5th VN-Belgium Joint Committee meeting to be realized

VNGOP – On the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm approved on April 16 the results of the 5th meeting of the Vietnam-Belgium Joint Committee for Development Cooperation and the Cooperation Program in 2007-2010.

The Deputy PM requested the MPI to work with the relevant agencies in considering and submitting the projects which are expected to be funded in 2007 to the competent bodies for approval in line with current regulations.

The MPI will instruct the related agencies and local authorities to put into reality the agreements made in the 5th meeting as well as suggest activities to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Vietnam-Belgium development cooperation by October 2007.
