Number of re-operated firms in five months up 48.1%

VGP – As many as 19,600 enterprises re-operated over the recent five months of 2019, a year-on-year increase of 48.1%, according to the General Statistics Office.

A total number of 10,700 new firms are set up in May, raising the total number of newly-established enterprises in five months to 54,000 ones with the registered captial of VND669,700 billion, up 3.2% and 29.6% in terms of enterprises and registered capital. The total registered and additional capital to the ecomony is estiametd at VND1.657 trillion in five months.

The number of new enterprises operating in retails, sales automobile and motorbike repairs makes up 32.6%, reaching 17,600 ones.

The Southeast region takes the lead among other regions nationwide in the number of newly-established enterrpises in five months with 22,500 ones.
