New Vice Foreign Minister appointed

VGP – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has appointed To Anh Dung, Director General of the Personnel Department under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and Assistant to the Foreign Minister, as the new Vice Foreign Minister.

On behalf of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh handed over the Government chief’s appointment decision to Dung at a ceremony held this morning.

Dung was former Vietnamese Ambassador to Canada./.
