Nearly 7,500 accounts register on National Public Service Portal

VGP – As many as 7,476 accounts from individuals and enterprises registered on the National Public Service Portal from December 9-12, according to the information of the Government Office.

The National Public Service Portalofficially makes debut on December 9, 2019.

A total number of 1,804 online documents were sent from the Portal within these days, making up 23.3% of the received documents, of which 1,131 ones were received and replied. 

The National Public Service Portal officially made debut on December 9, 2019, which has connected and integrated with four ministries and agencies (the Ministries of Industry and Trade, Transport and Finance and Viet Nam Social Insurance), 58 localities (five localities have not been completed including Bac Lieu, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Khanh Hoa, Dong Thap and Hau Giang) and seven corporations, companies and banks to provide eight national online public service groups and some public services at three pilot localities. 

Ministries, agencies, localities and the Viet Nam Electricity are tasked for monitoring the national database on administrative procedures and the system on receiving and handling feedbacks and recommendations of the National Public Service Portal at https://csdl.dichvucong.gov.vn and https://pakn.dichvucong.gov.vn.

Ministries and agencies manage the Q&A system on issues arouse during the process of tackling with administrative procedures at https://quantri.dichvucong.gov.vn.

The portal consists of six components namely national database on administrative procedures and the frequently asked questions and answers related to the procedures, on-time login and verification system to connect with ministerial and provincial-level public service portals, e-payment system, opinion section for citizens and enterprises, integrated public services of ministries, agencies and localities, and online supporting services.

By logging into the portal https://dichvucong.gov.vn through a single account, citizen/enterprise could access to online public service portals of ministries and provinces to look for administrative procedures and public services and monitor the process of handling administrative procedures and public services.

The portal is estimated to help the State to save VND 4,222 billion per year and the figure will continue to rise with more public service integrated into the portal.
