Nearly 390 enterprises make debut every day

VGP – In July, 11,677 enterprises were founded with a total registered capital of over VND 94 trillion. On average, 389 enterprises were established a day in the reviewed period, according to the Business Registration Management Agency.

The amount of average capital registration per enterprise was VND 8.1 billion, down 21.3% against the same period last year. The newly-founded enterprises recruited 93,449 laborers, down 11.5% against the previous month.

In July, 2,123 enterprises resumed operation, up 10.5% against the previous month.

In the first seven months, 72,953 enterprises were set up with a total capital registration of VND 690 trillion, up 13.8% in number and 39% in value. Up to 6,608 enterprises were dissolved, up 2.9% against the same period last year.

A majority of dissolved businesses or 92.4% had less than VND 10 billion of registered capital per business.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment reported that the big surge in newly-founded enterprises showed that the business environment was improved. Administrative procedures on business registration were more favorable in favor of enterprises and citizens./.
