National Power Transmission Corporation founded

VNGOP – Under a document issued on March 3, Standing Deputy PM Nguyễn Sinh Hùng agreed to found the National Power Transmission Corporation (NPTC) in the form of parent-subsidiary company.

The parent company is a one-member liability-limited company with the registered capital fully owned by the Electricity of Việt Nam (EVN). The company is founded by rearranging Electricity Transmission Companies 1, 2, 3, 4 and the Management Boards of Power Projects in North, Central and South Việt Nam.

The Deputy PM entrusted the EVN to use its capital to found the NPTC under current regulations.
