More rice relief for localities on Lunar New Year

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has assigned the Ministry of Finance to provide 5,504.283 tons of rice and seeds from the national reserves as food relief for seven localities on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) holidays.

These localities include Quang Ngai (2,041.71 tons), Quang Binh (1,334.043 tons), Binh Dinh (910.005 tons), Dak Nong (409.41 tons), Dak Lak (455.7 tons), Soc Trang (54.96 tons) and Kon Tum (298.455 tons).

The PM assigned the Ministry of Finance to supply 4,432.26 tons of rice from the national reserves for eight localities during the between-crop period for eight localities in 2018, consisting of Cao Bang 998.73 tons, Lai Chau 740.19 tons, Lang Son 345.225 tons, Quang Ngai 25.845 tons, BinhDinh 1,215.66 tons, Dak Nong 413.925 tons, DakLak 544.305 tons and Soc Trang 148.38 tons.

Bac Kan Province and Gia Lai Province are provided with 74.475 tons and 1,173.075 tons of rice relief, respectively.
