The MoH will be in charge of guiding its competent inferiors to receive the medicine in line with the current regulations.

Earlier, Deputy PM Nguyễn Thiện Nhân assigned the MoH to act as the implementer and work with the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Finance to acquire the non-refinancing aid from the WTO.

In 2010, the WTO plans to donate 1 million doses of vaccine for 2% of the Vietnamese population.
