The beneficiaries of the programs include rural residents, poor households, and workers in factories and concentrated industrial parks.

The second program will be realized through credit incentives, so as to facilitate purchase transactions and the sales of primary materials for production.

The MIT will identify different groups of preferential products and kinds of incentives.

People can be given with direct incentives (loans with preferential interest rates, installment purchase, deferred payment with interest rate) and poor households with purchase cards.

With mortgages, rural residents can receive preferential loans to satisfy their purchase demands.
