Ministry of Justice to build national online law bookcase

VGP – The Prime Minister has issued Decision No. 14/2019/QD-TTg on the building, management and exploitation of law bookcases.

Accordingly, law bookcases will be built in the extremely difficult communes and agencies and units of the people's armed forces. Particularly, the Ministry of Justice will be in charge of building and managing a national online law bookcase.

The national online law bookcase is commonly operated, exploited and used on the national scale in the direction of being incorporated into the Justice Ministry’s web portal, ensuring convenience and meeting the demand for information access and law education among individuals and organizations.

The national online law bookcase includes documents introducing laws and ordinances; books and documents for law-related Q&A, comments, explanations and instructions; and books and documents instructing expertise on the management domains of ministries, ministry-level agencies, Government bodies, other central state agencies and provincial-level People’s Committees.

The operational contents of the national online law bookcase are to update and exploit data of books and law documents divided according to management domains of ministries, ministry-level agencies, Government bodies, other central state agencies and provincial-level People’s Committees;to provide information and introduce contents of law books and documents; and to introduce the work of building, managing and exploiting the law bookcases. 

The PM’s Decision No. 14/2019/QD-TTg was issued on March 13, 2019 and will take effect on May 1, 2019.
