The US $2-million non-refundable project will be conducted in three provinces within 18 months, with a view to expanding the accession to information for residents in disadvantageous areas, so that they can have better opportunities to improve their living standard, seek for good jobs, reduce poverty, and reach to e-government services.
On the same day, the PM also gave nod to treaties inked between the Vietnamese Government and the Export Bank of Korea to take loans from the Korean Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) for three projects - equipping the Lai Châu General Hospital, building the sewage system in Việt Trì City, and building the Hà Nội-Hải Phòng Express Highway.
