Mexico congratulated on National Day

VNGOP – On the 197th anniversary of the National Day of the United Mexican States (September 16, 1810-September 16, 2007), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết sent a congratulatory message on September 15 to President Felipe Calderon Hinojosa.
