Maritime fees, charges stipulated

VGP – The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular No. 261/2016/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2016 providing for maritime fees, charges and schedule of collection rates of maritime fees and charges.

This Circular stipulates the schedules of marine fees and charges, including: tonnage charges; pilotage charges; maritime security charges; fees for anchoring in waters; fees for the use of wharves and jetties within maritime zones; charges for entrance to and exit from seaports and fees for certification of marine protest.

The Circular stipulates fees on exiting and entering Viet Nam’s waters for foreign vessels:
