MARD Deputy Minster appointed

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has appointed Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hiep, Standing Deputy Secretary of Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee as the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
