Leaders extends congratulations to new leaders of Belarus, Seychelles

VGP – State President Truong Tan Sang on December 22 cabled a message of congratulations to Mr. James Alix Michel upon his re-election as President of the Republic of Seychelles.

The same day, PM Nguyen Tan Dung extended his greetings to Mr. A. Kobyakov as he has been re-appointed as the PM of the Republic of Belarus.

Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh also sent a congratulatory message to Belarusian re-elected FM V. Makei.
