Leaders extend congratulations on National Day of Brunei Darussalam

VGP - State President Truong Tan Sang and PM Nguyen Tan Dung sent their messages of congratulations to Brunei’s King Haji Hassanal Bolkiah on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the National Day of Brunei Darussalam (February 23, 1984).
