Leaders congratulate Japan on Emperor’s birthday

VGP – Vietnamese leaders conveyed congratulatory messages to the Emperor and PM of Japan on the occasion of the Emperor’s birthday (February 23, 1960-February 2, 2020).

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and State President Nguyen Phu Trong extended a message of congratulations to Japanese Emperor Naruhito on his birthday.

PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc also delivered a congratulatory message to his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe.

On the occasion, Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh cabled a message of congratulations to Japanese FM Motegi Toshimitsu.

Emperor Naruhito became the 126th Emperor of Japan on May 1, 2019, starting the new imperial era of Reiwa./.
