Leaders congratulate Greece on National Day

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang and PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc have extended congratulations to Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos and PM Alexis Tsipras, respectively, on the occasion of the National Day of the Hellenic Republic.
