Leaders congratulate Colombia's National Day

VNGOP – On the occasion of the 197th anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Colombia (July 20, 1810-July 20, 2007), Sate President Nguyễn Minh Triết sent a congratulatory message on July 19 to his Colombian counterpart Alvaro Uribe Velez.
