Kon Tum has new Vice Chairman

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has signed a Decision on approving the election of Mr. Nguyen Huu Thap as Vice Chairman of Kon Tum Province’s People’s Committee in the 2016-2021 phase.
