The assistance is part of a project to set up computer network labs and train information technology engineers in Central Viet Nam, which will help Viet Nam greatly in training up personnel for its IT sector.

This project will enable IT students at HICOL to study and learn in a modern IT environment, and also help turn HICOL into a prestigious centre for training IT engineers throughout the central region.-VNA
