Khanh Hoa greets 3.5 millionth foreign tourist

The event was jointly organized by the provincial Department of Tourism and the Airports Corporation of Viet Nam.

The 3.5 millionth foreign visitor was Jung Yoohee from the Republic of Korea, while the 10 millionth tourist was Pham Duy Khiem, a Vietnamese citizen.  

The two visitors were presented flowers and gifts. 

Since the beginning of the year, the number of tourists to Khanh Hoa province was estimated at over 7 million, representing a year-on-year growth of 13.3% including 3.5 million foreigners (up 27.5%). 

International visitors to Khanh Hoa are mainly from China, Russia, the Republic of Korea, and Malaysia.

In 2019, Cam Ranh international airport has safely served 58,000 flights; 10 million passengers including 6.4 million international guests./.
