Japanese Gov’t to give preferential credit to VN

VNGOP – The PM adopted on March 25 the diplomatic note on the Japanese Government’s preferential credit of JP¥ 94.353 billion to the Vietnamese Government.

The PM authorized leaders of the Ministry of Planning and Investment to sign the note with Japanese representatives.
