Japanese cultural exchange center to be founded in Hà Nội

VNGOP – In a document issued on January 30, Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm agreed to permit the Japanese International Exchange Foundation to establish a Japanese Cultural Exchange Center in Hà Nội.

The Deputy PM entrusted the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to function as the central agency in managing the center’s general operation and specific cultural activities; the Ministry of Education and Training to manage the center’s Japanese teaching and other training activities; the Ministry of Finance to manage and instruct the center in observing regulations on tax, tax exemption and other incentives.
