Italy to finance two universities solidifying capacity

VNGOVNet – On the proposal of the Ministry of Finance (MoF), the PM has just approved the borrowing agreement between the MoF and Artigiancassa Bank (Italy), worth of €2,291,287, to finance the Project to strengthen the capacity of research and training for Hanoi University of Techniques in foodstuff technologies and for the Agro-forestry College, Thái Nguyên University.
