Italian city seeks investment opportunities in VN

VGP - The Italian city of Genova will actively seek investment and trade opportunities in Việt Nam through building more information channels, implementing more economic, cultural and educational projects, and participating in the 1,000th anniversary of Thăng Long-Hà Nội.

Repairing sea-going vessels is one of Genova’s strengths

n a recent meeting with Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy Đặng Khánh Thoại, Genova’s trade and industry promotion officials said that firms in the city and neighboring localities will intensify investment and business activities in Việt Nam in various fields, especially ship repair, sea transport, vocational training, import and export.

The city has established a committee named “Genova Cty celebrates the millennium of Hà Nội” to coordinate and promote specific activities, such as painting exhibitions and art performances.

The University of Genova shows its readiness for cooperation with Vietnamese partners in scientific research, information and student exchange.
