Irish Government-donated project ratified
VNGOP – The PM on June 12 ratified a Project on “Local major investors for enhancement of community capacities and rights (VOICE)”, funded by the Government of Ireland Republic.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment was assigned to exchange official diplomatic notes to call upon the funding from the Ireland’s government. Meanwhile the People’s Committee in Bắc Kạn was entrusted to assess and approve the documents attached to the program and to implement the program in accordance with the current regulations on ODA management and use as well.
