International meeting to be held in Moscow in 2008 for Vietnamese Agent Orange victims

VNGOVNet – Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA) and the opinions of the Ministry of Finance and the National Steering Board for dealing with consequences caused by the US use of harmful chemicals during Vietnam War, the PM agreed with the plan to organize an international meeting in Moscow, Russian Federation, in August 2008 to support Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin.

Accordingly, the expense for the meeting will come from the State budget estimate allocated to the VAVA as suggested by the Ministry of Finance.
