India congratulated on Independence Day

VNGOP – On the 60th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of India (August 15, 1947-August 15, 2007), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết on August 14 extended congratulation to President Pratibha Patil.

On the same day, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng sent a message of greetings to his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh.

On the occasion, Deputy PM, Foreign Minister Phạm Gia Khiêm also congratulated Foreign Minister Pranap Mukherjee.
