Infrastructure and road construction must be promoted first. The realization of the projects regarding to the Nanning-Friendship Border Gate-Hanoi-Hải Phòng-Quảng Ninh-Móng Cái Highway and the Lạng Sơn-Hanoi-Hồ Chí Minh City-Phnom Penh Railway will surely help to speed up the "two corridors, one economic belt" cooperation.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng highly spoke of the cooperative, friendly and practical initiatives of the Guangxi Province leaders. The PM emphasized that Vietnam will try best to develop and deepen the traditional comradeship and brotherhood between Vietnam and China; especially economic, trade, cultural and education ties with Guangxi and Yunnan Provinces (China).
