Greetings to Spain on diplomatic ties anniversary

VNGOP - President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng have separately sent greetings to their Spanish counterparts, King Juan Carlos and PM José Luis Rodrigues Zapatero on the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Spain.
