Gasoline RON 92 continues to go down

VGP - The Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Trade and Industry decided to lower the retail price of petrol RON 92 to VND 16,500 from VND 17,000 per liter since zero hour on October 8.

The reduction, made at the proposal of petroleum corporations like Petrolimex, PETEC Trading and Investment and other importers, is a response to the world's decreasing price of crude oil.

The reduction level was based on business performance of petroleum importers.

Recently, Việt Nam decided to let the market rules dominate oil and petrol prices with the State's supervision.
