Funding some projects in Laos

VNGOP – Considering the proposal of the Thừa Thiên-Huế Province People's Committee and opinions of the ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, and Transport, Standing Deputy PM Nguyễn Sinh Hùng, acting on behalf of the PM, agreed that the People's Committee will support some projects in Laos.

The People's Committee will balance and allocate their local budget to fund Salavan Province (Laos) in building and upgrading the route running through the Hồng Vân Border-gate (Thừa Thiên-Huế) in order to facilitate trade exchanges, promote socio-economic activities, and cement the friendship and comprehensive cooperation among the localities in Việt Nam and Laos.

The Deputy PM entrusted the People's Committee to implement the above-mentioned cooperation work in line with the Law on State Budget.
