Four new community infection cases of COVID-19 confirmed

The latest cases were detected in Hai Duong (three) and Gia Lai (one).

With three new cases, the total number of COVID-19 patients in Hai Duong rose to 293 as of Sunday morning.

Hai Duong authorities have imposed lockdown on Chi Linh City and Cam Giang District in a bid to prevent spread of the virus.

The locality has collected 65,213 test samples, including 5,198 samples on February 6 alone.

The nation is placing 83,104 people under medical surveillance and quarantine nationwide. Of these, 759 are kept at hospitals, 24,098 at concentrated quarantine camps, and 58,247 at places of residence./.
