Foreign leaders extend condolences over floods
VGP – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, President of the State of Palestine and Palestinian National Authority Mahmoud Abbas and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan extended messages of condolences to State President Tran Dai Quang over heavy losses on human and assets triggered by the recent rain and flooding in Viet Nam.

The same occasion, Foreign Affairs Minister of the Palestinian National Authority Riyad al-Maliki sent his condolences to Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh.
In late September this year, Doksuri typhoon left over 10 people dead and missing and more than 200 injured, along with a total property loss of VND11 trillion (US$484 million) to the provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien – Hue.
