FM Spokesperson talks about Spain's Catalonia independence issue

Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Le　Thi　Thu Hang made that statement in reply to a reporter’s question about　recent happenings in　Catalonia, Spain.　

Earlier on October 27,　Spain's central government is set to take control of Catalonia.　

Catalonia's separatist government has declared independence from Spain. Spanish PM, Mariano　Rajoy, said his cabinet had fired the regional president,　Carles　Puigdemont, and ordered regional elections to be held on December　21.
