Flood control in lower Sài Gòn River to be invested in 2007

VNGOP – Upon the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), the PM has just agreed to add the Sài Gòn River right-bank irrigation work (Hồ Chí Minh City) and the An Sơn-Lái Thiêu Irrigation System (Bình Dương Province) under the Flood control project in the lower section of the Sài Gòn River in the investment plan on capital construction 2007.

Accordingly, the MARD was assigned to re-check and transfer investment capitals of the projects of which the procedures were not fulfilled to the sub-projects of the Flood control project said above.
