Five New COVID-19 Cases Take National Tally to 2,806

VGP – Five Vietnamese brought home from Russia and Japan were confirmed positive for COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing the national caseload to 2,806.

Specifically, patients numbered 2802 and 2803 are natives of Thanh Hoa and Hai Phong.

They landed at the Cam Ranh Airport in the south central coastal province of Khanh Hoa on April 18.

Both of them are being treated at the locality’s Hospital for Tropical Diseases.

Meanwhile patients 2804-2806 are natives of Quang Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City and Yen Bai.

They flew from Japan to the central city of Da Nang on April 7.

The trio are being treated at the city’s Hospital for Lung Diseases./.
