Finland to give preferential credits to VN

VNGOP – On the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm agreed in principle on May 16 with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the MPI and the Finnish Foreign Ministry on Finland's preferential credits to Vietnam.
