Finland offers ODA to upgrade Nghệ An Paediatric Hospital

VNGOP – The PM approved on March 27 the Project "Upgrading medical facilities of the Nghệ An Paediatric Hospital" using preferential loans from Finland.

The total capital is US $4,871,205, in which the Finnish Government grants US $4,434,823 and the remaining US $436,382 is allocated from the Nghệ An People’s Committee’s lcoal budget as the corresponding capital.
