Financial regimes of foreign banks issued

The decree stipulates that credit organizations and foreign bank branches are self-control in finance and bear responsibility for business activities.

They have to comply with financial publicity in accordance with regulations of the Law on credit organizations and other relevant laws.

The decree also regulates regulations on operation of credit organizations, capital mobilization, and business revenue./.
