Ethiopia congratulated on National Day

VNGOP – On the occasion of the 16th anniversary of the National Day of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (May 28, 1991-May 28, 2007), President Nguyễn Minh Triết sent his congratulatory message on May 28 to his Ethiopian counterpart Girma Woldgiogis.
