DPM to pay official tour to Laos

VGP – Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh will attend the fourth Foreign Ministerial Meeting in Luang Prabang, Laos; pay an official visit to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic; and co-chair the fifth Viet Nam-Laos ministerial-level consultation in Vientiane, Laos, from December 16-19.
