DPM Minh to visit Philippines

VGP – Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh will pay a working visit to the Philippines from January 29-31 at the invitation of Philippine FM Albert Del Rosario.

During the visit, he will co-chair the first meeting of the Joint Working Committee on Viet Nam-Philippines Strategic Partnership.
