DPM encourages French businesses to pour more investment in VN

The meeting sought measures to boost cooperation and business opportunities and enhance and investment between the two nations. 

 Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha and leaders of relevant ministries and agencies were present at the meeting.

Speaking at the event, Deputy PM Minh affirmed the potentials in the two nations’ economic and trade relations, asking the two sides’ enterprises to strengthen cooperation. 

Leaders of the Vietnamese ministries and agencies provided information about Viet Nam’s policies and orientations in fields of energy, especially clean and renewable energy, oil exploitation, water treatment, climate change adaption, environment, urban development and construction.     

Representatives of French businesses welcomed Viet Nam’s achievements in economics and integration as well as the Vietnamese Government’s efforts in improving the investment environment. 

They highly valued Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s official visit to France, expecting to make more contributions to launching projects in Viet Nam.
