Mr. Hue was quoted as saying that this was an honor and opportunity for Viet Nam to share its development especially over the last ten years after joining the World Trade Organization (WTO).

According to Mr. Hue, scientific and technological advance in the Fourth Industrial Revolution has contributed to making connectivity and cooperation in the world more closer and efficient, thus opening up new opportunities for trade and development in favor of prosperous  future of the mankind.

However, according to the Vietnamese leader, the world is coping with numerous challenges including the risks of global economic and financial instability; the reoccurrence of protectionism, tensions on geo-politics, local conflicts, natural resources depletion, climate change, terrorism, hunger and poverty, and rising disease epidemics.
